Alert us immediately if anyone is injured or becomes ill during the hike or engages in inappropriate behavior. If the situation is not an emergency, document the incident after the walk using Shorewalkers’ Incident Report. The Google form (“Incident Report”) is available at <https://forms.gle/is2g7vWAgE15Bie46>. You can complete it directly online. If you have any issues accessing or submitting the form, let a member of the Hike Leaders Committee – Brigitte (bstarkmerklein@gmail.com), Laura (ellejayne235@gmail.com), or Maureen (moebar621@gmail.com) – know and someone will help you complete the form.

We like to post our walks on social media. Upload your best photos to your event on Meetup and encourage your walkers to do the same. Our social media team will download images from Meetup and post on Facebook and Instagram.
